Roxanne has officially spent more than half her life practising yoga, having first stumbled onto the yoga mat age 14.  Having found her way back to the mat at different points in her life, she completed her 250 hours yoga teacher training with the Spiralling Crow School of Yoga out of YogaVenue in 2021. 

"Yoga has helped me have a better relationship with my body, to stop treating it as an 'other'. Making time to play, to be creative with our bodies and focus on the breath seems very simple but does something radical."

These dynamic, creative and playful yoga classes will help you to connect with body and breath. This is not a fitness class - but a wonderful side effect of yoga is increased  strength, mobility, flexibility and balance. Expect a physically empowering sequence of poses which encourage focus through connecting movement with breath. 

“We start with grounding and warming up, then work our way through a series of poses that level up our energy before taking it back to a place of stillness -  savasana, conscious relaxation.” 

Sometimes the best yoga starts to happen off the mats, when we find ourselves more in control of breath and body when it really matters. This is where Roxanne’s breathwork - pranayama - knowledge comes into play with Drishti’s breathwork coaching. Roxanne helps founders use their breath to guide them through challenges they face off the mat, in their day to day business.
